XCEL Construction Services were successful with the scaffolding tender on the Mirvac Construction, Brisbane Racing Club, Eagle Farm Race Course Project
Stages 1 and 2. Tower 1 consisted of a 9 floor building and roof level. We completed the scaffold to tower 1 well within Mirvac Construction Programme.
As part of the Project Brief we were required to factor in the Eagle Farm Race Days which entailed reduced work hours and days with enforced reduction of time frames and we were still able to meet all deadlines set by Mirvac.
Stage 1 was completed mid 2018 and stage 2 is set for construction early to mid-2019. XCEL Construction Services will be looking forward to providing Mirvac Construction with a great site team to deliver the scaffold requirements on stage 2 of this project again.
