X-Cel Construction Services have been engaged since mid-2016 to provide scaffolding solutions for the Sunshine Coast Plaza re-development project stages 1, 2 and 3. Project Value $500 million. Our scaffold comprises over 2000 tonne of galvanized Kwikstage with numerous sections of scaffold either cantilevered or hanging over the plaza water ways and public access ways.
Due to the high expectations of safety by X-Cel Construction Services and our client Lendlease a lot of our scaffolding work has been scheduled outside of normal working hours to ensure there is no disruption to the public and also the Sunshine Plaza. At peak construction time we supply 40 ticketed scaffolders and 3 trainee scaffolders to the project and as demand is needed we can accommodate the labour force on site to meet Lendlease program.
We have introduced various safety initiatives on this project to maximise X-Cel Construction Services ongoing commitment to safety.
